Joel 2:23-27

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you he rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil. And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you; and my people shall never be ashamed. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else, and my people shall never be ashamed.


It's beginning to rain. and oh, this is a heavenly rain. When the rain comes down upon the earth, it causes everything to flourish, and grow. I say to you that this is the season of the heavenly rain.

I will cause the barren places of your heart to soak up this rain, and those that have not been able to hear or receive My word, will now hear and receive. And even those that have not be able to receive My love, oh in this season they will be like a sponge.

This rain will even bring abundance to the dry places of your finances. I will pour out My favor, My grace, My mercy, and yes, even divine provision. The rain clouds have gathered and now will they release all that has been held within them. An outpouring, yea, even a flood. "How will it come, you say?" By My Spirit, for this is the season of my outpouring. Oh, you have never seen these days before.

My eyes have gone to and fro looking for hearts that I could trust. So, I withheld the rain for a season, yea even the nearness of My presence to some. But, in this season of searching, I have found thirsty and hungry hearts. These have cried out "more Oh God, more Oh God." If that has been the cry of your heart, get ready for the greatest outpouring of My Spirit upon your hungry heart. This rain you have never known before.

My eyes have gone to and fro looking for hearts that trusted Me. So, I withheld the rain of provision in your lives. You stood, and trusted, although it looked liked the darkest night that you have ever known. And I say to you, that the clouds over you are about to bring forth abundance of finances, and supply.

My eyes have gone to and fro looking for hearts that needed to be healed. So, I withheld Myself , although I was near, to cause you to seek Me to stop the bleeding of your heart. Now, My rain will come to your bruised and wounded heart, and this rain of My Spirit will bring newness of life. I will even give you a new heart.

My eyes have gone to and fro looking for those that are physically ill, and needed My touch. To these, I say, I know your pain and that the road has been long. But this rain will bring healing to your life and limbs. This outpouring of My Spirit will bring untold physical miracles, and I will even do creative miracles, not heard of or seen before.

My eyes have gone to and fro looking for those that I could trust with hidden manna, from My Word. Oh, I have a treasure chest of revelation, and in this season of outpouring, to those that I can trust, I will unlock the secrets of the ages. I will bypass the knowledge of man, and My Sprit will pour out to you things I've never shown to man.

My eyes have gone to and fro looking for those that need deliverance; oh this rain will set the captives free. It will bring deliverance from religious tradition, addictions, fear of man, and all that has kept my people bound in the natural and in the spirit. Oh, it's beginning to rain.

On, this is the beginning of the outpouring of My Spirit. He will come as the rain to renew, revive, restore and reveal. He will bring both the former rain, and the latter rain.

So, sing, "It's beginning to rain. It's the rain of the Father, and whosoever will, come drink of this water…" Oh, sing of My heavenly rain.
